The speed limit starts out at 65 mph on Interstate 10 East in Arizona, and stays that way for a few miles until we pass the Weigh Station ahead.  (Photo taken 5/19/15).

One mile from the Weigh Station, these signs indicate that lane changing is prohibited for the next mile up to the Weigh Station. Solid double white lines appear to make this clear.
